Ce doble est sobrement cap\u00e9 de colorado,
\nA cru, il r\u00e9v\u00e8le du bois de c\u00e8dre avec du cuir l\u00e9ger. Le tirage est bon.<\/p>\n

1er tiers :<\/strong> L\u2019attaque du module se fait par du caramel, suivi imm\u00e9diatement de c\u00e8dre. La dominante de la liga, le cuir, s\u2019installe, profond, long en bouche. La fum\u00e9e est rafra\u00eechie par des \u00e9pices et du poivron, m\u00e2tin\u00e9s de poivre blanc, qui virevoltent en alternance. Le passage vers le deuxi\u00e8me tiers se fait avec le retour du caramel, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement br\u00fbl\u00e9, avec des \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n

2\u00e8me tiers :<\/strong> Nous passons \u00e0 du cuir lourd et suave, suivi de caf\u00e9 l\u00e9ger. L\u2019ang\u00e9lique confite s\u2019installe, relev\u00e9e de poivre blanc tendant sur le gris. Fleurs, cuir et poivres gris assurent la transition.<\/p>\n

3\u00e8me tiers :<\/strong> Le cuir se durcit puis redevient rapidement suave et gourmand. Le caf\u00e9 (expresso serr\u00e9) alterne avec le cuir jusqu\u2019au final, sans agressivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Conclusion :<\/strong> Une entr\u00e9e flamboyante ; un divin \u00e9ponyme, un purin un peu d\u00e9cevant, mais uniquement en comparaison des deux premiers tiers. Quel beau cigare !
